Alexis Ann Sturm was born on May 11, 2005. Her parents are Teresa Massa and Carroll Sturm. Alexis has six siblings, Felicia, Isis, Carolyn, Cole, Eddie, and Sherry. Three words Alexis would use to describe herself are respectful, caring, and honest. She is involved in the criminal justice club and plays softball. Alexis’ favorite teacher is Mrs. Balzer, “she made me laugh and made her classes fun to be in.” Her most embarrassing high school memory is when she would work hard on a presentation and forget it when she got up there to speak.
When Alexis was a child she wanted to go into law enforcement and be a police officer. Now, she is going to go into the National Guard and make those dreams a reality. Alexis’ advice to underclassmen is to never let your trust become broken. Alexis feels both excited and nervous about graduating and getting out in the world. The person with the greatest influence on Alexis and her life has been Mrs. Balzer because, “she was always there for me, and she was always there when I needed help.” Alexis will miss Mrs. Balzer’s class the most when she graduates. Alexis feels her biggest accomplishment has been fixing up her truck and spending time and money on it. If she could travel anywhere in the world, Alexis would travel to Italy because she enjoys new experiences and has heard it is a beautiful place to explore.
Alexis would like to make a shoutout to Mrs. Blazer.
