Tallie Meredith Johnson was born on May 25th, 2007, to Angela Lincoln and Brian Johnson. She has five siblings: Neil, Landon, Rafe, Reagan, and Glory Johnson. Tallie's favorite teacher is Mr. Shrum because “he always went out of his way to provide for us; he created a safe space for everyone.” A staff quote that has stuck with her throughout high school comes from Mr. Shrum: “You're my kids now.” Three words Tallie would use to describe herself are honest, funny, and realistic. If she could travel anywhere in the world, it would be to Utah to see the high school musical school.
Tallie's favorite school memories include winning homecoming during her junior and senior years and going on Beta trips. When she was a child, she wanted to be a cosmetologist. Tallie is involved in Beta and FCA, and she participates in basketball. Her advice to underclassmen is: “You are only in high school once; get involved, befriend people, and soak it all in.” She has mixed emotions about graduating; while she feels sad, she is also excited. Tallie will miss being with her friends every day in Mrs. Johnson's class and experiencing homecoming. The person who has had the greatest influence on her is her grandpa because, “he’s the perfect example of how hard work pays off, and he has shown me unconditional love. I look up to him so much.” Tallie feels that her biggest accomplishment so far is winning districts three out of the four years she was in high school.
